Delete your data
Last updated 8 November 2026
You can remove your data from Skedlark in any of the ways below. Each one is free.
Disconnect one social account
- Sign in at app.skedlark.com and open Networks.
- Choose the account and select Disconnect.
We delete that account's access tokens straight away, and the comments and messages we fetched from it within 30 days.
Remove access from the network
You can also remove Skedlark in the network's own settings, for example:
- Facebook: Settings and privacy, Settings, Business integrations (or Apps and websites), then remove Skedlark.
- Instagram: Settings, Website permissions, Apps and websites, then remove Skedlark.
- Threads: Settings, Account, Website permissions, then remove Skedlark.
- Google and YouTube: your Google Account permissions page.
- LinkedIn, X, Pinterest: the connected apps section of each network's settings.
When Facebook, Instagram or Threads tells us you removed Skedlark or asked for your data to be deleted, we delete the data we hold for that account within 30 days. Meta gives you a confirmation code, and you can check the status of the request at the link that comes with it.
Delete your whole Skedlark account
Delete your account in the app's settings, or email hello@areza.digital from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete it. We delete your account, workspaces, connected accounts, posts, media, comments and messages within 30 days. Backups are overwritten within a further 14 days.
What we have to keep: records of payments and invoices, for 6 years, because UK tax law requires it. Posts you already published stay on the networks; delete them there, or delete them in Skedlark before you close your account.
